You'll Go the Extra Mile If You Have * Manufacturer certifications related to fire alarm, access control, intrusion detection, or video surveillance systems. * State or national certifications within fire, security, or low-voltage industries. * Experience supporting multi-site retail environments. * Knowledge of electronic article surveillance (EAS), safe management systems, and integrated security platforms. * Experience managing security system installations for large-scale new construction or remodel projects. * Familiarity with security compliance standards, life safety requirements, and industry best practices. * A proactive approach to identifying opportunities for process improvement and operational efficiency. * Bilingual communication skills, particularly English and Spanish, to support operations across the U.S. and Mexico.
