Responsible for processing all secondary market and in-house portfolio loans which includes gathering documents from borrowers, reviewing and/or preparing disclosures, ensuring application is complete and accurate, ordering all necessary reports for the file, and submitting to underwriting.
This job generally operates in an office setting; with a preference for candidates who can work out of our company locations. Telework and/or fully remote options may be considered on a candidate by candidate basis.
This role routinely uses standard office equipment such as computers, phones, photocopiers, filing cabinets and fax machines. Office environment with job duties conducted via telephone, face to face meetings, and on the computer.
This position requires manual dexterity, the ability to lift files and open cabinets. This position requires bending, stooping or standing as necessary.
Limited local travel may be required for this position.
This position is classified as non-exempt, and as such it is paid on an hourly basis. The pay range for this position, which would encompass the job being performed in any location, would be $15.00 per hour to $35.00 per hour. Actual starting compensation would be based upon the qualifications of the selected candidate and their work location. Other compensation includes overtime paid at one and one-half times the normal hourly rate for any hours worked in excess of 40 in a workweek. This position is classified as full-time and the benefits package includes health insurance, dental insurance, vision insurance. Employees may select from coverage options which range from employee only to family coverage.
