The Facilities Specialist 2 supports Facilities Department functions including mail and warehousing tasks, and serves as backup to other Facilities staff.

Essential functions and responsibilities:

1. Personally, provides exceptional member service; uses Service Standards in every work-related interaction.
2. Actively participates in meeting the goals of the department and the Credit Union.
3. Work cooperatively with others as part of a formal or informal team to accomplish department and Credit Union goals.
4. Provides excellent service by using a positive and professional tone to assist callers and team members accurately, thoroughly, and as efficiently as possible while maintaining consistent and friendly service.
5. Uses organizational tools and techniques to complete tasks on time and successfully manage multiple competing priorities simultaneously.

Service:

1. Sorts, opens and posts through mail machine incoming/outgoing intra-office and USPS mail.
2. Performs courier duty for interoffice mail delivery; picks up/delivers mail to post office.
3. Processes all incoming/outgoing daily work from branches/departments.
4. Pulls ordered supplies as directed and packages orders for delivery.
5. Keeps the warehouse clean, organized and in good order.
6. Ensures department vehicles are maintained and kept up.
7. Responsible to drive to other office/branch locations.
8. Responds to service requests submitted to the Facilities Department, follow up on requests until completed.
9. Provides support to other department staff to ensure department operation is running smoothly; is cross-trained in other department functions and acts as backup.
10. Assists other departments by delivering/setting up of tables, delivering drinks, installing posters, etc.
11. May make minor equipment repairs, furniture repairs, etc.; assists other Facilities areas when required.
12. May analyze distribution and storage processes to determine if there are alternatives that will provide greater efficiency, member service or cost savings.

5. Maintains a working knowledge of Bank Secrecy Act (BSA), Anti-Money Laundering (AML), Office of Foreign Asset Controls (OFAC), and complies with all laws/regulations applicable to area(s) of responsibility. Completes all required and assigned training modules by established due dates.
6. Maintains working knowledge of Credit Union policies and procedures.
7. Completes all other duties as assigned by supervisor/leadership as necessary to achieve the goals of the Credit Union and the department.

Pay range: Minimum: $22.32/hour | Midpoint: $27.22/hour | Maximum: $32.12/hour

Qualifications:

Experience

High school diploma or its equivalent and a minimum of six (6) months of facilities experience, or related experience.
