Role: Coordinator, Digital Marketplaces & Operations

POSITION OVERVIEW
The Coordinator, Digital Marketplaces & Operations acts as a critical link between digital storefront strategy and backend supply chain execution, representing Wipro's dedicated delivery team for one of the account. This role is responsible for ensuring peak operational efficiency, high-quality product data integrity, and seamless inventory synchronization across premier enterprise marketplaces (including Amazon Seller & Vendor Central, Walmart, and emerging channels). The ideal candidate thrives at the intersection of technical e-commerce architecture and detailed workflow management, driving execution that minimizes revenue leakage while maximizing customer lifetime value.

QUALIFICATIONS & BACKGROUND
Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, E-Commerce, Supply Chain Management, Operations, or equivalent structural domain experience.
13 years of dedicated exposure managing operational pipelines inside high-growth e-commerce ecosystems.
Demonstrated ability to communicate operational complexities clearly across multi-disciplinary teams.
