Software Engineering Manager, iOS Glasses System Experiences
Advanced experience owning outcomes and decision making, solving ambiguous problems and influencing stakeholders; deep expertise in domain.
Minimum qualifications:
- Bachelor's degree, or equivalent practical experience.
- 8 years of experience in software development.
- 3 years of experience with iOS application development.
- 3 years of experience in a technical leadership role.
Preferred qualifications:
- Master's degree or PhD in Computer Science or related technical field.
- Experience designing complex, scalable software architectures for mobile or spatial computing.
- Experience with AI-based development and productivity workflows, and experience rolling out AI-based practices to a team.
- Experience building spatial apps, 3D game engines, or other AR/VR experiences.
- Applied knowledge of modern UI frameworks like SwiftUI and experience launching high-quality iOS applications.
- Direct interactions with OEMs or third-party developers to provide SDKs, reference code and documentation.

We build applications to help users make the most of spatial computing to bring helpful AI to their lives. As an Engineering Manager in iOS Glasses System Experiences, you will lead a team of Software Engineers building the core next-generation user interface for Glasses. Working closely with other engineers you will set strategic direction and oversee execution to land novel user experiences that enable users to interact with the world in new and delightful ways. Individual pay is determined by factors including job-related skills, experience, and relevant education or training. US: $207000 - $301000 (USD) + 20% bonus target + equity + benefits
