We're looking for an experienced client relations or customer service professional to join our growing team. This is not a traditional call-center position. You'll work directly with business customers, guiding projects from quote through delivery while helping organizations find the right print, promotional products, branded apparel, and marketing solutions to support their success. You'll become a trusted advisor to organizations throughout New England while helping them strengthen their brands and operate their businesses more effectively.
Every day brings something different. You'll work with local businesses, schools, healthcare organizations, manufacturers, municipalities, and nonprofit organizations, becoming a trusted resource they rely on again and again.
