Direct the financial affairs of the company and prepares financial analyses of operation, including interim and financial statements with supporting schedules (Profit & Loss/ Cash Flow Statements mainly), for the guidance of management. Maintain the company's system of financial and keeps books and records on all company financial transactions. Responsible for the preparation of the budget and financial forecasts in Finance, instruct and coordinate other planning and control procedures and analyzes and reports variances proactively for management decisions and recommendations. Direct the activities of the FP&A, Plant Controllers and Cost Accounting and is responsible for insuring the effectiveness and efficiency of the staff according to compliance policies & standards.
