An Enterprise client is seeking an experienced and certified Leadership Coach to partner with their Human Resources team on a strategic executive assessment initiative. This project-based engagement focuses on supporting approximately 1213 senior leaders (VP level and above) through the administration, interpretation, and debrief of the Leadership Versatility Index (LVI).
The goal of this initiative is to provide senior leadership with deep insights into their management styles and help them establish high-impact development goals within a mission-driven, remote-first nonprofit environment.
The selected consultant will lead the end-to-end LVI process, ensuring a seamless and insightful experience for the executive cohort:
