HR Generalist
The HR Generalist position provides HR partnership and operational support to assigned business units by managing employee lifecycle activities, supporting talent acquisition, coordinating HR programs, and ensuring HR policy compliance. Analyzes workforce data, maintains HRIS records, and delivers reporting and process improvements to enhance employee experience and support business objectives.
Duties and Responsibilities:
- Provide HR support and consultation to assigned business units by partnering with managers and employees on HR policies, employee relations, workforce needs, and business objectives.
- Coordinate and execute HR programs, projects, and process improvement initiatives to enhance employee experience and support organizational growth.
- Manage employee lifecycle activities, including onboarding, offboarding, HR transactions, employee records, and HRIS data maintenance while ensuring confidentiality and compliance.
- Analyze HR metrics and workforce data, including headcount, turnover, recruiting, retention, and training trends, to provide insights and support business decisions.
- Develop and maintain HR reports, dashboards, and presentations using Excel and PowerPoint for leadership reviews and workforce planning.
- Support talent acquisition activities, including recruitment coordination, candidate communication, interview scheduling, and hiring process administration.
- Coordinate employee training, orientation, and development programs while partnering with HR teams to deliver effective HR solutions.
- Support organizational initiatives, change management activities, and continuous improvement efforts to enhance HR effectiveness and employee engagement.
Education:
- Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, Marketing, Communications, or a related field.
Experience:
- 0-3 years of progressive Human Resources experience, preferably supporting multiple business units in a fast-paced environment.
- Experience with Human Resources Information Systems (HRIS), such as ADP Workforce Now, Workday, UKG, or similar platforms.
