You'll receive hands-on training while working alongside experienced technicians to install, maintain, and service temporary climate control equipment at customer job sites and in the shop. All business travel expenses are covered with a company vehicle, company credit card, and per diem. ResponsibilitiesLoad, transport, and unload commercial HVAC rental equipmentSafely drive company vehicles to customer job sites (acceptable driving record required)Assist with the installation and setup of temporary HVAC equipment, including:Running gas hosesInstalling ductwork and ventilationConnecting and setting up equipment for operationAssist with preventative maintenance, inspections, and basic repairs on HVAC equipmentTravel with experienced HVAC technicians to customer job sites throughout the assigned service areaLearn to troubleshoot heating, cooling, ventilation, and dehumidification equipmentWork closely with Commercial HVAC Service Technicians to gain hands-on field experienceComplete service documentation and maintain a clean, organized work areaProvide excellent customer service while representing REIC RentalsFollow all company safety policies, procedures, and industry standardsQualificationsRecent HVAC trade school graduate or equivalent technical training preferredEPA Certification or the ability to obtain it (preferred)Strong mechanical aptitude and willingness to learnBasic knowledge of HVAC systems, electrical components, and hand toolsValid driver's license with an acceptable driving recordAbility to lift up to 50 lbs.Willingness to travel frequentlyMust be 21 years of age or olderBuild Your Career with REIC RentalsIf you're eager to launch your HVAC career, enjoy working with your hands, and want to learn from experienced technicians while traveling and gaining real-world experience, we'd love to hear from you. #StepIntoSuccess REIC Rentals does not accept solicitation from outside recruiters or recruiting agencies.REIC and all affiliates operate as drug-free environments, which includes marijuana.
