Industrial Sales Representative-West Texas

This role is a great fit for someone with a Process Technology certificate or anyone with sales experience in the oil and gas industry-whether inside or outside sales.In this position, you'll work alongside a driven team, represent KLINGER products, and help drive growth across industrial markets. Your hard work won't go unnoticed-we offer a competitive pay range of $50,000 to $100,000 (dependent upon your experience), plus a quarterly KPI bonus and a vehicle allowance.We take care of our people. KLINGER GPI covers 100% of the premium for dental and vision insurance and two of the four available medical plans. For eligible high-deductible medical plans, KLINGER GPI contributes $37 per pay period to an HSA. 401k match: 100% match on the first 3% of employee contributions. 50% match on the next 2% of employee contributions. You will build and maintain strong relationships with existing customers and seek out new opportunities and grow our customer base in the oil and gas industry. You will promote KLINGER products by developing strategies that deliver value, trust, and long-term partnerships. Use your problem-solving and sales skills to exceed customer expectations and meet targets.
