If the previous questions resonated with you, keep reading to learn about this full- or part-time role with our Dearborn, MI practice.QUICK INFO:Pay: $26.00 - $32.00/hour to reflect your skills, experience, and knowledgeSchedule: Full- and part-time hours are available between 9:00 am and 5:00 pm, Monday through FridayPerks & Benefits:Health insuranceDental and vision insuranceDisability coverageLife insurance40 hours of PTO your first year40 hours of sick time the first year Travel reimbursementContinuing education creditsPHYSICAL THERAPY ASSISTANT ROLE HIGHLIGHTS:In this entry-level role, you'll work under the supervising physical therapist to build up your knowledge and sharpen your hands-on skills. You'll provide compassionate support and positive encouragement as you help guide patients through therapeutic exercises and functional training activities. Following the established treatment plan, you'll support patients' recovery and closely monitor their progress to ensure they're healing properly.You'll document treatments, record patients' responses, and communicate with the physical therapist about making adjustments as needed to maximize positive outcomes. Additionally, you'll educate patients and their family members on at-home exercises so they can continue to build their strength and recover quickly.
