Piper Companies is seeking a UI/UX Designer to create intuitive, user-centered digital experiences for a leading organization located in Merrimack, NH and Smithfield, RI. The UI/UX Designer role is ideal for a creative and analytical professional with expertise in wireframing, prototyping, and user interface design, along with experience collaborating across product and development teams. This role is onsite 5 days a week.
Responsibilities of the UI/UX Designer:
·Design user-centered interfaces for web and mobile applications that align with business objectives and user needs.
·Create wireframes, user flows, mockups, and interactive prototypes to communicate design concepts and functionality.
·Utilize Figma to design, iterate, and maintain scalable design systems and shared component libraries.
·Collaborate closely with product managers, developers, and stakeholders to define and refine user experience requirements.
·Participate in user research, usability testing, and feedback sessions to improve product experiences.
·Manage and track design tasks, requirements, and project progress within Jira.
·Ensure consistency across digital products while maintaining modern design standards and best practices.
Qualifications of the UI/UX Designer:
·5+ years of experience in UI/UX design for web and mobile applications.
·Strong portfolio showcasing wireframes, prototypes, user flows, and completed design projects.
·Advanced proficiency with Figma for interface design, prototyping, and collaboration.
·Experience working within Agile environments and utilizing Jira for project management and workflow tracking.
·Strong understanding of usability principles, accessibility standards, and responsive design.
·Excellent communication and collaboration skills with the ability to present design recommendations to stakeholders.
Compensation for the UI/UX Designer includes:
• Salary range: $115,000 – $125,000 depending on experience
