Product Coach
Hybrid 3 to 4 days a week in Fort Worth, TX
Our client seeks a Product Coach to guide senior leaders, product managers, and product owners toward improved outcomes through product mindset, agile practices, and responsible AI adoption. You will model practical ways of working, build a community of practice, and help teams focus on customer value, outcomes, and clear business impact.

Rate: $100.00 to $120.00/hr. w2
Responsibilities:
- Coach senior leaders, product managers, and product owners to drive better business outcomes.
- Contribute real-world product management and agile expertise to enable a community of coaches and practitioners.
- Promote customer-focused outcomes using data and AI-powered analysis for deeper insights.
- Mentor teams in product mindset, human-centered design, and appropriate frameworks.
- Coach on practical AI use across the product lifecycle, including discovery, research, prototyping, experimentation, and synthesis.
- Partner with leaders to articulate and communicate business value and outcomes beyond output or features.
- Foster a collaborative and empowered culture that promotes business agility.
- Design and develop facilitator-led materials for product and agile practices, including responsible AI adoption.
- Assess current practices and AI approaches, build trust, and recommend next steps to improve agility.
- Develop and influence learning strategies for product leaders, including AI literacy and value articulation.
Experience Requirements:
- Minimum 5 years leading technology-powered products as a product manager or product leader.
- Experience enabling empowered product teams and achieving strong results.
- Ability to align leadership priorities to business goals and product strategies with clear value communication.
- Hands-on familiarity with AI tools for research, prototyping, content generation, and analytics, with practical judgment on application.
- Proven relationship-building with senior leaders to influence change.
Education Requirements:
- Bachelor's degree in business administration or a related field.
Skills, experience, and other compensable factors will be considered when determining pay rate. The pay range provided in this posting reflects a W2 hourly rate; other employment options may be available that may result in pay outside of the provided range.
