What You Will Enjoy Doing
In this role you will be responsible for supporting plant operations through integrated reporting, analysis, systems development, and cross-functional coordination. You will develop and manage plant-level metrics to provide visibility into performance, including labor utilization, WIP tracking, variances, equipment utilization, inventory trends, and resource reporting. You will support capacity planning, resource loading, and production scheduling analysis. Maintain MRP forecast processes and provide analytical support to improve planning accuracy. Serve as a functional owner of reporting tools including Oracle OBI, APEX, and Blitz reports. Partner with IT to develop and sustain reporting capabilities. You will support identification, tracking, and reporting of productivity initiatives. Maintain project metrics and contribute to continuous improvement efforts. You will be responsible for providing cost analysis, maintaining product standards, and supporting month-end close with variance review and operational insight.
What Makes You Great
You will possess a Bachelor's degree in Business or related field. Further you will have 5 years' experience working in a manufacturing or industrial environment. You will have experience with ERP/MRP systems. You will have excellent interpersonal and communication skills with the ability to interact across all levels of the organization.
