Position Overview
We are seeking highly motivated and ownership-driven professionals to support a large-scale AI infrastructure and hyperscale data center program in California. This role is designed for individuals who are eager to grow beyond task execution and develop the ability to drive operational coordination, stakeholder communication, and program execution within a highly technical and fast-paced environment.
This position offers a rare opportunity to gain hands-on exposure to both:
- hyperscale AI data center construction and commissioning, and
- next-generation AI infrastructure operations and system transition.
The selected candidate will work closely with cross-functional stakeholders, project leadership teams, construction partners, technical vendors, and infrastructure specialists throughout the lifecycle of the program.
Key Responsibilities
Program Operations & Coordination
- Support daily project operations and program coordination activities
- Maintain and monitor project management systems, schedules, milestones, issue logs, and action items
- Assist with communication and coordination among internal stakeholders, project teams, vendors, and construction partners
- Prepare status updates and operational reports for leadership and PM teams
Onsite Observation & Field Coordination
- Conduct regular onsite walkthroughs to observe construction and infrastructure progress
- Document field observations, site conditions, operational risks, and coordination issues
- Coordinate site access, logistics, and communication with onsite personnel and project stakeholders
- Prepare structured observation reports including photo documentation
Issue Tracking & Escalation Support
- Maintain issue tracking logs including prioritization, ownership assignment, escalation tracking, and resolution follow-up
- Support project managers in monitoring open risks and operational concerns
- Facilitate communication between client-side teams, contractors, and third-party vendors to support issue resolution
Documentation & Administrative Support
- Prepare meeting materials, meeting minutes, and action item tracking documentation
- Support project document control including version management and timely distribution
- Conduct information gathering and operational research to support leadership decision-making
Exposure to Advanced AI Infrastructure Programs
During the assignment period, employees may gain exposure to:
- Hyperscale AI data center construction environments
- MEP (Mechanical, Electrical, Plumbing) infrastructure coordination
- Commissioning and operational readiness activities
- GPU cluster and AI infrastructure operational environments
- Advanced cooling, power distribution, and energy systems
- Large-scale AI operational transition programs
Qualifications
Education & Experience
- Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Engineering, Construction Management, Information Systems, Business, or a related field
- Experience supporting construction, infrastructure, IT, or technical operations projects
- Exposure to data center, semiconductor, manufacturing, AI infrastructure, or large-scale industrial environments
- Experience with project coordination or PM support functions
Technical Skills
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and project collaboration tools
- Strong documentation and reporting capability
- Korean/English bilingual capability is a plus
Soft Skills
- Strong organizational, communication, and coordination skills
- Ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced project environment
- Comfortable working in highly cross-functional and technically complex environments
