Crown Staffing is urgently hiring for a CNC Operator.CNC Operator Job Details
Schedule: 3rd shift, Sunday–Thursday, 10:00 PM–6:00 AM, 2nd shift, Monday–Friday, 2:30PM- 10:30PM
Pay Rate: $21.00/hr + $1.50/hr shift premium
Location: Franklin, OHCNC Operator Requirements/Qualifications

• Resume and interview required.
• Ability to understand and operate CNC machine controls.
• Ability to use and read precision measuring gauges.
• Ability to make tooling offset adjustments to maintain print tolerances.
• Ability to change CNC programs for different part numbers.
• Ability to read CNC programs.
• Basic understanding of CNC terminology, including G & M codes.
• Ability to maintain machine tooling.
• Ability to lift 30–50 lbs.
• Ability to push/pull 10–20 lbs.
• Ability to meet production goals.

About the CNC Operator Role
As a CNC Operator, your responsibilities will include:

• Load and unload parts into CNC machines.
• Operate CNC equipment according to production requirements.
• Measure and inspect parts to ensure print tolerances are met.
• Make tooling offset adjustments as needed.
• Change CNC programs for different part numbers.
• Read CNC programs to perform part feature corrections when required.
• Maintain machine tooling and equipment.
• Monitor product quality throughout the manufacturing process.
• Maintain production goals while following safety procedures.
• Keep the work area clean and organized.
