Director of the Office of Lender Activities
Duty Location is negotiable after selection, possible duty locations are either Alexandria VA, Baltimore MD, Philadelphia PA or Denver CO. This Director of the Office of Lender Activities reports to the Associate Deputy Assistant Secretary (DAS) for Single Family Housing. The incumbent serves as the principal advisor on all matters pertaining to the Federal Housing Administration (FHA) approval of lenders and administration of various risk management activities related to FHA-approved lenders and origination and servicing of FHA-insured mortgages. The incumbent develops and recommends national policy guides, procedures, and plans for the effective implementation of the Department's programs and objectives for the single-family mortgage insurance programs.
