Since 1986 Ivy Computer has helped trash hauling and waste management businesses streamline routing, billing and general business management through our proprietary software solutions.
We're looking for an Implementation Specialist who can serve as a trusted advisor during the critical onboarding phase. You'll translate complex software into practical, real?world workflows and make sure every customer starts strong.

Schedule
This position is full-time, Monday through Friday. Employees are expected to work in the office on Monday through Thursday. After the initial training period, Fridays are optional work-from-home days as the needs of the position permit.
Pay & Benefits
Pay starts at $28-30/hour, depending on experience.
