Boulder Community Health is seeking an experienced RN Employee Health Manager to lead Employee Health and Occupational Health programs that support the safety, well-being, and regulatory compliance of BCH employees and providers. This role provides both clinical and operational leadership for employee health services, including occupational injury management, workers compensation, immunization programs, employee health clearances, exposure response, infection prevention initiatives, and regulatory readiness. Working closely with Human Resources, Infection Prevention, Patient Safety, Risk Management, and clinical leaders, the RN Employee Health Manager helps ensure a safe work environment while supporting workforce health, organizational compliance, and hospital-wide safety initiatives.
