Job Description:
We are currently seeking a highly organized and efficient Virtual Assistant to join our team. As a Virtual Assistant, you will work remotely and provide administrative and clerical support to our team of real estate professionals. You will be responsible for handling various tasks to ensure the smooth operation of our business and the satisfaction of our clients.
Key Responsibilities:
- Answer and direct phone calls and emails from clients and team members
- Schedule appointments and manage calendars for team members
- Create and maintain client databases and files
- Prepare and edit documents, reports, and presentations
- Conduct market research and assist with marketing efforts
- Coordinate and assist with virtual meetings and events
- Handle general administrative tasks such as data entry, filing, and organizing documents
- Manage social media accounts and respond to inquiries and comments
- Provide exceptional customer service to clients and maintain positive relationships with them
- Collaborate with team members to ensure timely completion of tasks and projects
Qualifications:
- High school diploma or equivalent; additional qualifications as a Virtual Assistant or Secretary are a plus
- Proven experience as a Virtual Assistant or relevant administrative role
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Proficient in Microsoft Office and Google Suite
- Familiarity with social media platforms
- Strong organizational and time-management skills
- Ability to work independently and handle multiple tasks simultaneously
- Attention to detail and problem-solving skills
- Experience in the real estate industry is a plus, but not required
Contract Details:
This is a full-time, remote position with the opportunity for growth within the company. The working hours are Monday through Friday, 9am-5pm. Compensation will be based on experience and qualifications.
