Review project performance to identify areas for improvement and implement lessons learned.
A successful Project Manager should have: Experience managing construction projects from start to finish. Strong organizational and time-management skills to handle multiple tasks effectively. Excellent communication and interpersonal skills to collaborate with team members and stakeholders. Ability to identify and mitigate project risks efficiently. Knowledge of safety standards and compliance requirements in construction. Proficiency in project management software and tools. Problem-solving skills and the ability to work under pressure.
