We are seeking an experienced IT Analyst to provide onsite technical support and maintain critical manufacturing IT systems in a production environment.
This individual will serve as the primary point of contact for desktop support activities while also supporting infrastructure systems that enable manufacturing operations.
The ideal candidate will possess strong technical troubleshooting skills, experience with Windows-based environments, and the ability to work independently in a fast-paced industrial setting.
Key Responsibilities Desktop & End-User Support Lead onsite IT desktop support activities for employees at the Chandler, AZ facility.
Diagnose and resolve hardware, software, operating system, network, and mobile device issues.
Support Windows 10 and Windows 11 operating systems and a variety of business applications.
Stage, configure, deploy, and support IT assets, including desktops, laptops, and mobile devices.
Manage and maintain inventory of IT equipment and assets.
