Crown Staffing is urgently hiring for a Warehouse Trainer.Warehouse Trainer Job DetailsSchedule: Schedule will be discussed during the interview process.
Pay Rate: $19.00/hr
Location: Florence, KYWarehouse Trainer Requirements/Qualifications

• Bilingual in Spanish and English required.
• Previous warehouse experience in picking, packing, and put away required.
• Prior training, coaching, or team lead experience preferred.
• Experience using warehouse management systems (WMS) and RF scanners preferred.
• Strong attention to detail and accuracy.
• Good communication and leadership skills.
• Ability to work in a fast-paced warehouse environment.
• Ability to lift, carry, and move products as needed.

About the Warehouse Trainer RoleAs a Warehouse Trainer, your responsibilities will include:

• Train new and existing employees on picking, packing, and put away procedures.
• Demonstrate the proper use of warehouse equipment, including RF scanners and pallet jacks.
• Teach inventory accuracy, order verification, and quality control procedures.
• Monitor employee performance and provide coaching and guidance.
• Assist with onboarding and cross-training warehouse associates.
• Maintain training records and documentation.
• Identify skill gaps and support employee development.
• Ensure compliance with warehouse safety procedures and company policies.
