North Carolina Farm Bureau - Durham is looking for an Insurance Sales Representative to join our growing team. We're searching for someone with a positive attitude, strong people skills, and a desire to learn. No insurance experience is required—we're looking for the right personality and will provide the training, coaching, and support to help you build a successful career in insurance.

What You'll Do
As an Insurance Sales Representative, you'll learn the insurance business while building relationships with customers and helping them find coverage that fits their needs.


Responsibilities
  • Build relationships with prospective and existing customers.
  • Learn about Farm Bureau Insurance products and recommend personalized coverage solutions.
  • Follow up on leads and generate new business through referrals, networking, and community involvement.
  • Conduct needs-based conversations to identify customer goals and insurance needs.
  • Educate clients on available insurance products, discounts, and coverage options.
  • Provide exceptional customer service before, during, and after the sale.
  • Maintain accurate customer records and agency documentation.
  • Participate in ongoing training and professional development.
