DescriptionSchedule: 1st Shift - 7:00 AM to 3:45 PM, Monday through Friday (Overtime and weekends as needed)
Dress Code: Standard manufacturing facility attire (Specific safety gear and guidelines provided upon onboarding)
About the Role:
We are seeking a dedicated and detail-oriented Mechanical Assembler for our Smart Valve Interface (SVI) operations. In this role, you will be responsible for assembling small mechanical components and sourced electronic modules across various stages of production, as well as executing the testing process for completed units in accordance with internal SVI procedures.
What You’ll Do:
- Review and operate strictly according to internal SVI assembly procedures.
- Perform assembly of electrical and mechanical components using specialized mechanical tools.
- Execute testing processes for units to ensure quality and functionality.
- Utilize SAP software for operational tracking and processes as required.
Important Employment Note: This is a temporary/contract position with no benefits such as health insurance, retirement plans, or paid time off during the contract period.
Qualifications:
- High school diploma or equivalent.
- 1+ years of SVI (Smart Valve Interface) Assembler experience, including assembling small mechanical components and electronic modules, and executing unit testing.
- Manufacturing or industrial valve experience is a nice-to-have.
- Strong attention to detail, excellent communication skills, and the ability to work effectively within a team environment.

Experience Required for Your Success
What we are looking for:
- High School Diploma or equivalent is required.
- Minimum of 2+ years of advanced mechanical assembly, industrial fitting, or heavy equipment maintenance experience (oilfield services or industrial manufacturing preferred).
- Proven ability to independently read, interpret, and work from complex blueprints, engineering drawings, and structural schematics.
- Direct hands-on experience with pneumatic tubing installation and complex industrial torquing applications.
- Solid experience operating technical pressure-testing equipment or electrical/hydraulic test stands safely.
- A quality-focused mindset comfortable utilizing digital tracking logs to report quality notifications (QNs).
- Absolute dependability to maintain a strict Monday–Friday, 7:00 AM – 3:30 PM schedule, with the flexibility to handle mandatory overtime and weekend shifts as production requires.
