If you're passionate about AI and eager to make a significant impact, the Infosys SURE unit is the perfect place for you to grow and excel In the assigned Job Role of Package Project Lead 3, your Area Of Responsibility will be as below: ⦁ Facilitate cross-functional collaboration and data-driven decision-making to ensure cohesive project execution and alignment with objectives ⦁ Engage with senior stakeholders and executive leadership to define project scope and foster consensus for successful outcomes ⦁ Evaluate and refine project management processes by incorporating best practices for improved efficiency and effectiveness ⦁ Establish quality benchmarks and implement risk management strategies to enhance project outcomes and mitigate organizational risks ⦁ Monitor project margins and ensure alignment between actual performance and financial targets ⦁ Develop RFP responses and participate in client discussions to finalize commercial estimates and drive Go-to-Market strategies ⦁ Engage in resource allocation, and set performance objectives to align team efforts with project goals ⦁ Lead organizational change initiatives and design training roadmaps to ensure smooth adoption of project-driven transformationsYour contribution to the team: ⦁ Strategic leadership in executing Go-to-Market strategies ⦁ Specialized in managing large-scale ERP projects with a focus on strategic alignment, resource optimization, and stakeholder collaboration ⦁ Proactive planning to align project financials with organizational goals ⦁ Expertise in leading organizational change and fostering professional development within teams ⦁ Expertise in refining project management methodologies, risk mitigation, and quality assurance ⦁ Fostering an inclusive environment that respects diverse backgrounds and perspectives Required Skill and Experience • Experience in Oracle cloud HCM - core HR, self-service.• Experience in HR systems, specifically in Oracle Fusion Cloud HCM. • Hands-on experience with at least 3 or more major HCM modules: • Global HR • Absence Management • Time & Labor • Payroll • Talent Management • Recruiting • Compensation• Understanding of global HR processes, HR operations, and compliance.• Knowledge of HCM Data Loader (HDL), HCM Extracts, Fast Formulas (Payroll, Absence, Benefits), BI Publisher, OTBI & Dashboards, REST & SOAP APIs for HCM• Familiarity with role-based security, workforce structures, and global/local HR configuration.• Experience leading at least two full lifecycle Oracle Cloud HCM implementations. • Ability to guide design decisions, perform cross-module impact analysis, and own architecture governance. • Experience leading large HR transformation programs across global organizations.• Ability to create Architecture documents, Solution design documents, Data flow diagrams.• Experience in security models, test strategy documents.• Excellent communication and executive presentation skills. • Analytical thinking and problem-solving abilities. • Ability to influence stakeholders and guide cross-functional teams. Preferred Skill and Experience • Experience in Oracle HCM cloud Technical.• Oracle Cloud certifications - Oracle HCM Cloud, Global HR, HCM Talent Management.• Experience with multi country implementations• External LMS, Benefits platforms.• Exposure to Journeys, AI/ML, Digital Assistants, VBCS Extensions. • Experience in migrating from Oracle EBS, PeopleSoft, SAP SuccessFactors, Workday, or custom HR systems.• Experience in industries such as food and beverage. Additional Required Qualifications • Bachelor’s degree or foreign equivalent required from an accredited institution.
