In the assigned Job Role of Package Consultant 3, your Area Of Responsibility will be as below: ⦁ Analyze complex business processes to identify optimization opportunities and draft detailed requirement specifications that align with enterprise architecture standards ⦁ Define and develop solution architecture, steering customization and integration efforts based on thorough business analysis ⦁ Design and implement advanced customizations basis ERP platform's capabilities and limitations and develop critical software applications in collaboration with the development team ⦁ Develop and implement complex integration workflows to connect the ERP system with external applications, while leading large-scale data migration strategies to ensure data integrity ⦁ Implement advanced performance optimization strategies focused on scalability, reliability, and user experience, while leading compliance initiatives throughs audits, to uphold security protocols and industry standards ⦁ Develop detailed documentation for complex ERP customizations and lead training workshops tailored to various user groups, to ensure effective knowledge transferYour contribution to the team: ⦁ Expertise in ERP systems, architecture, and advanced customization techniques ⦁ Ability to design complex integration solutions and guide large-scale data migrations ⦁ Proactive problem-solving to streamline complex requirements ⦁ A strategic mindset to align technical solutions with business goals and market trends. ⦁ Deep understanding of compliance requirements, security protocols, and performance optimization methodologies ⦁ Sector specific expertise for high quality project delivery Required Skill and Experience ⦁ Experience in Oracle Fusion SCM Cloud and functional knowledge of the modules below. ⦁ Experience in Oracle Fusion SCM Cloud – Order Management Cloud⦁ Experience in Oracle Fusion SCM Cloud - Inventory Cloud⦁ Experience in Oracle Fusion SCM Cloud – Pricing ⦁ Experience in at least 2 end-to-end implementations in Fusion SCM covering the above modules. ⦁ Experience in conducting CRPs, end-to-end solution design in SCM, configuration, conversion validation, user training and cutover ⦁ Experience in working with the business, talking the business language and translating business needs to the solutions in Fusion ERP ⦁ Experience in Oracle AI knowledge especially Fusion AI Agent Studio and Embedded AI in Oracle Fusion ⦁ Experience in the implementation of best practices, taking experiences from past SCM Cloud projects and applying them ⦁ Experience in testing and deployment of custom solutions for Oracle Supply Chain Cloud modules ⦁ Experience in functional testing and the co-ordination with cross functional stakeholders for timely delivery of the solutions developed ⦁ Experience in supporting data conversions for Oracle Supply Chain Cloud data elements Preferred Skill and Experience ⦁ Experience in Oracle cloud strategy on handling data conversion/migrations, Inbound/Outbound interfaces and creating reports with 3rd party applications. ⦁ Experience in executing implementation strategy, capturing business, systems requirements and analysis, preparing functional specification documents, solution designing, prototyping, testing, training, and implementing practical business solutions. Additional Required Qualifications • Bachelor’s degree or foreign equivalent required from an accredited institution.
