Description

Independently performs diagnostic ultrasound scans on neonatal, pediatric, adolescent, adult and geriatric patients. Performs procedures under the direction of a Radiologist. For Breast Center: Independently performs diagnostic ultrasound scans on breast. Performs procedures under the direction of a Radiologist.

Required Qualifications:

  • Associate's Degree or Two year technical program or A COMBINATION OF EDUCATION AND DIRECTLY RELATED WORK EXPERIENCE
  • For Imaging Department: Completion of an approved Ultrasound Technology Training Program.
  • Upon hire: National Certification from American Registry for Diagnostic Medical Sonography.
  • Upon hire: National Provider BLS - American Heart Association.

Preferred Qualifications:

  • Upon hire: ARDMS in Abdomen and OB (for Imaging Department).
  • Prior ultrasound experience.

Posted are the minimum and the maximum wage rates on the wage range for this position. The successful candidate's placement on the wage range for this position will be determined based upon relevant job experience and other applicable factors. These amounts are the base pay range; additional compensation may be available for this role, such as shift differentials, standby/on-call, overtime, premiums, extra shift incentives, or bonus opportunities.
