Position Overview:

• Our ideal candidate shall have a dynamic personality and a burning passion for overall wellness and recovery.
• Must have high energy and be ready to attend to guests immediately upon arrival.
• The Recovery Specialist is directly responsible for helping guests achieve their lifestyle goals with exceptional guest service, marketing through social media and attending community events.
• The Recovery Specialist will also be responsible for continuing their education of our products and services as well as working as a team with other employees and maintaining safety protocols within the center.
• The Health and Wellness Specialist should be action oriented, customer service driven, ambitious, cultural fit, upbeat, confident, honest, detailed and goal oriented.
• This person will work with the Center Manager, and their team to identify and solve problems, set expectations and goals, and complete daily tasks.
• This candidate shall also possess the skills necessary to perform their duties and responsibilities with minimal direct supervision.

Qualifications:

• • Ability to work a minimum of 15-40 hours per week with a flexible schedule including nights and weekends. • Ability to comprehend and pass a number of iCRYO designed service exams following initial training. • Maintain good time management skills, good judgement, and ability to multi-task. • Display exceptional guest experience skills, handle and resolve guest issues to maintain guest loyalty. • Understand the needs of the guest, ability to educate guests on services needed in a competent, efficient, and professional manner. • Meet or exceed minimum productivity requirements set by the company including sales goals. • Maintain professional appearance and positive attitude. • Maintain an environment of trust, communicate efficiently with managers and peers. • Must be able to complete ongoing and continued education. • Maintain a clean environment, uphold company standards. • 1-3 years of Sales Experience in retail Powered by JazzHR
