Responsibilities
- Team Leadership: Lead, Support and motivation a team of engineers.
- Project Management: Plan engineering projects and ensure they are done on time.
- Technical Oversight: Review technical work and maintain high quality standards.
- Collaboration: Communicate with other teams to share project updates and solve problems.
- Process Improvement: Find ways to make the team’s work faster and better.
Requirements
- Bachelor's degree in a relevant technical field
- Related experience preferred (automotive or EV battery experience is a plus)
- Proven experience leading team.
- Clear and helpful communication skills in team environments.
- Strong ability to find smart solutions to technical issues.
- Familiarity with engineering tools and project management.
- Korean language proficiency is a plus (bilingual preferred)
