Position: Part-Time Administrative Assistant
Pay: $17.50/hour
Location: Tulsa, Ok
A 24-hour Veterinary Emergency Clinic is seeking a reliable and flexible Part-Time Administrative Assistant with open availability to join their team. Because the clinic operates around the clock, candidates must be comfortable with a flexible schedule and occasional non-traditional hours.
Responsibilities may include:
Filing and organizing documents
Running reports and assisting with computer-based tasks
Assisting with billing and collections
Running occasional errands for the hospital
Providing general administrative support to the management team
Helping maintain organization and efficiency within the office
Requirements:
High school diploma or GED required
Proficiency in Microsoft Office programs
Basic administrative and office skills
Flexible availability and ability to work non-traditional hours as needed
Strong organizational and multitasking abilities
Good communication and customer service skills
Attention to detail and ability to work independently
Previous administrative or office experience preferred
Veterinary experience is a plus, but not required
