Must have skills Four-year degree in Finance, Economics, Accounting, or related field 3-5 years of experience as an equity research or investment analyst, ideally within a buy-side environment; or alternatively an MBA with at least 2 years post-MBA experience Expertise within the energy and materials sectors, coupled with strong analytical capabilities, intellectual curiosity, and the ability to identify differentiated investment opportunities across the global energy, power and materials ecosystem Demonstrated stock-picking ability, with a proven track record of generating value through investment recommendations Strong financial modeling skills, including proficiency in building and maintaining financial models to forecast future revenue, earnings, and cash flows Highly self-motivated, proactive, and results-oriented, with a strong sense of ownership and accountability Excellent verbal and written communication skills, with the ability to articulate complex investment ideas clearly, concisely, and persuasively to a range of audiences Ability to work independently, exercise sound judgement, and make well-reasoned investment decisions, while also contributing effectively within a collaborative team environment Strong relationship-building and interpersonal skills, with the ability to develop credibility and influence with internal and external stakeholders Demonstrated commitment to excellence, with a willingness to go above and beyond to support investment performance and contribute to the success and growth of the business

This range is estimated for this role. Actual pay may be different. This position will be open through August 31, 2026. Colorado law requires an estimated closing date for job postings.
