Resident Care Director - Cumberland Crossing Manor
McCandless, PA – Full-time; Salaried, Exempt; Flexible schedule based on operational needs
Starting Salary: up to $85,000/per year; Depending on experience

Cumberland Crossing Manor is an assisted living community that is part of the UPMC Senior Communities managed by Presbyterian SeniorCare Network. Located in the North Hills of Pittsburgh, the community offers not only an apartment, but a comfortable and supportive lifestyle in an elegant, home-like setting.
The Resident Care Director is responsible for the development of nursing service objectives, performance standards of nursing personnel, and nursing policies and procedures. The role is accountable for compliance with federal, state and local regulations within his/her span of control and will periodically work the floor in order to monitor nursing staff, maintain nursing skills, and ensure adequate staffing.
