Cullerton Group has a new opportunity for a
Cloud Engineer 3. The work will be performed
remotely, with candidates expected to live near one of our client's U.S. Digital Hub locations (Chicago, IL; Dallas, TX; Peoria, IL; Broomfield, CO; or Cary, NC) and be available to come into the office as needed. This is a long-term, 12-month position that can lead to permanent employment with our client.
Compensation is up to $99/hour + full benefits (vision, dental, health insurance, 401(k), and holiday pay). Job Summary Cullerton Group is seeking an experienced Cloud Engineer to support and enhance enterprise cloud-based digital experience platforms. In this role, you will provide operational support for Adobe Experience Manager (AEM) as a Cloud Service, Vercel hosting, and related cloud technologies while ensuring platform reliability, security, and performance. You will work closely with development, infrastructure, and product teams to troubleshoot production issues, improve operational processes, and support modern web applications built on cloud-native architectures.
Key Responsibilities - Provide operational support for Adobe Experience Manager (AEM) as a Cloud Service environments, Vercel hosting, CDN, and related enterprise integrations.
- Monitor platform health, application availability, and system performance using enterprise monitoring and alerting tools.
- Troubleshoot production incidents, deployment failures, and platform issues while leading root cause analysis and implementing preventive solutions.
- Support CI/CD pipelines, application deployments, environment promotions, platform security, user access management, and configuration changes.
- Collaborate with development, infrastructure, security, and product teams to improve platform reliability, scalability, automation, and operational excellence.
Required Qualifications - Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, Engineering, or a related technical discipline.
- 5–7+ years of experience supporting enterprise cloud platforms.
- At least 5 years of experience administering and maintaining Adobe Experience Manager (AEM) as a Cloud Service.
- Strong knowledge of AEM architecture, Dispatcher/CDN configurations, cloud deployments, and enterprise integrations.
- Experience supporting CI/CD pipelines, incident management, root cause analysis (RCA), platform monitoring, observability, and automation.
- Experience supporting modern web applications built with Next.js, React, APIs, and cloud-native architectures.
- Strong troubleshooting, communication, and cross-functional collaboration skills.
Preferred Qualifications - Experience supporting Vercel hosting platforms.
- Experience with Adobe Experience Manager Assets, Adobe Target, Workfront, Akamai/CDN, Azure services, or other enterprise digital marketing platforms.
- Experience with platform governance, disaster recovery planning, performance tuning, and service reliability initiatives.
- Experience working in large enterprise cloud environments supporting mission-critical applications.
