Compensation: Base Salary + Commission ($70,000–$150,000+)
Schedule: Monday to Friday (Some evenings/weekends based on client needs)

Job Summary
The HVAC Sales Representative is responsible for conducting in-home consultations with potential customers, assessing their HVAC needs, presenting solutions, and closing sales. This role combines consultative selling, technical knowledge (we’ll train you!), and a drive to exceed targets.
Responsibilities
Perform in-home sales consultations with pre-qualified leads (no cold calling!)
Provide accurate and tailored quotes for HVAC replacements and upgrades
Explain HVAC system options, energy efficiency, and financing plans
Follow up with leads and nurture ongoing customer relationships
Meet or exceed monthly and quarterly sales goals
Use CRM tools to track opportunities and manage pipeline
Qualifications
2+ years of experience in sales (HVAC, home improvement, or in-home sales preferred)
Strong interpersonal and communication skills
Tech-savvy and comfortable learning HVAC systems and sales tools
Valid driver’s license with a clean driving record
Self-starter with a customer-first attitude
