About the Role
We are seeking a dependable Material Handler to join our Manufacturing team in San Jose, CA. This hands-on role is ideal for individuals with warehouse and material handling experience who enjoy working in a fast-paced manufacturing environment. You will play a key role in ensuring the efficient flow of materials by receiving, storing, organizing, and shipping products while maintaining accurate inventory and supporting daily warehouse operations.

Key Responsibilities
Receive, inspect, and store incoming materials according to established warehouse procedures.
Pick, pack, and ship customer orders to ensure accurate and on-time deliveries.
Perform kitting activities to support manufacturing and production schedules.
Replenish inventory and organize warehouse shelves for efficient material flow.
Conduct cycle counts and assist with maintaining accurate inventory records.
Safely operate forklifts, pallet jacks, and other material handling equipment.
Load and unload incoming and outgoing shipments.
Maintain a clean, organized, and safe warehouse environment.
Work closely with manufacturing, supply chain, and logistics teams to support daily operations.
Follow company safety policies, quality standards, and warehouse procedures.
Report inventory discrepancies or material issues to the appropriate team members.
Required Qualifications
High school diploma or equivalent.
1 2 years of warehouse, shipping, receiving, or material handling experience.
Ability to safely lift, move, and carry materials weighing up to 60 pounds.
Strong attention to detail and organizational skills.
Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced manufacturing environment.
Basic math and inventory management skills.
Strong communication and teamwork abilities.
Commitment to workplace safety and quality standards.
Preferred Qualifications
Previous forklift operating experience.
Experience using Oracle or other warehouse/inventory management systems.
Experience with shipping, receiving, inventory control, and cycle counting.
Familiarity with manufacturing or production warehouse environments.
Experience using pallet jacks and other warehouse equipment.
Physical Requirements
Ability to lift and carry materials weighing up to 60 pounds.
Frequent standing, walking, bending, reaching, and lifting throughout the shift.
Ability to safely operate warehouse equipment, including forklifts and pallet jacks.
Ability to work in a warehouse environment while meeting productivity and safety expectations.
