Customer Service Representative

About the role

As a Customer Service Representative, you support the Regional Managers and Business Development Managers in your assigned region with daily sales operations. You are the go-to contact for customer questions, orders, and issues, and you keep every interaction moving toward a solution. This role reports to Eagle's Sales Manager.

What you'll do

• Respond to customer inquiries by phone, email, and other channels quickly and professionally
• Process orders, forms, applications, and requests for your region accurately and on time
• Resolve customer issues and offer clear solutions without unnecessary back-and-forth
• Escalate complex complaints to the right colleague or manager, then follow through to resolution
• Support Regional Managers and Business Development Managers with day-to-day sales operations
• Spot opportunities to grow business within your region's existing customer base
• Keep customer records and interactions current in HubSpot
• Share feedback on how we can make the customer service process better
• Bring a positive, empathetic, and professional approach to every customer, every time

Required Qualifications

• 1+ years of customer service or sales experience, ideally in a B2B, industrial, or construction setting
• Strong written and verbal communication skills
• The ability to stay calm and solution-focused when a customer is stressed or upset
• Solid organization, with the ability to multitask, prioritize, and manage your time
• Proficiency with CRM software (Eagle uses HubSpot) and Microsoft 365 (Outlook, Word, Excel, PowerPoint)
• Bachelor's or associate degree preferred, or equivalent customer service experience.
• Experience selling or supporting construction, industrial, or safety products
• Familiarity with HubSpot or a similar CRM
