QXO is looking for a Corporate Compensation Analyst to join our Corporate Compensation team. In this role, you'll help shape the compensation programs that attract, retain, and reward talent across one of North America's fastest-growing companies. You'll partner with HR, Finance, Talent Acquisition, and business leaders to analyze market data, support compensation planning, maintain job architecture, and contribute to equity and incentive programs. This is an excellent opportunity for someone with 24 years of corporate compensation experience who wants broad exposure to enterprise-wide compensation strategy in a high-growth, acquisition-driven environment.
