Job Responsibilities

As a Packer, you will play a key role in the manufacturing process by ensuring plastic products meet quality standards before shipment.

Primary Duties
  • Inspect molded plastic parts for quality defects and damage
  • Package finished products accurately and efficiently
  • Label boxes and prepare products for shipment
  • Stack and palletize completed orders
  • Work closely with machine operators and production team members
  • Maintain a clean, organized, and safe work environment
  • Follow all company quality and safety procedures
  • Meet production goals in a fast-paced manufacturing setting
Qualifications

No Experience Required – Paid Training Provided
We are looking for motivated individuals who are:
  • Able to stand and work on their feet for an entire 8-hour shift
  • Able to lift up to 30 pounds as needed
  • Detail-oriented with strong quality awareness
  • Comfortable performing repetitive production tasks
  • Reliable, punctual, and committed to excellent attendance
  • Able to work in a team-oriented manufacturing environment
  • Willing to learn and follow instructions
