Seeking a Retreat Director who reports directly to the franchise owner and leads the daily operations of the retreat. This leadership role is responsible for driving membership growth, developing a high-performing team, delivering exceptional guest experiences, and achieving operational excellence.

Recruit, hire, train, develop and retain employees Drive Revenue and profitability through operational excellence and inventory management Directly supervise and be accountable for all aspects of retreat operations Create and manage team member schedules for optimal retreat performance Lead the team in upholding Massage Heights brand standards and values Drive membership sales, conversion, and retention Develop and coach a high-performing team Participate in all corporate initiatives including monthly calls, training, and other cultural programs Maintain operational standards in accordance with Massage Heights policies and procedures Set performance goals and create action plans to achieve results Execute local marketing initiatives to generate new leads Deliver exceptional guest experiences by resolving concerns and building lasting member relationships

Minimum 2 years of membership-based service and/or retail management experience Experience leading and developing hourly teams Self-starter with strong leadership, organizational, communication, and interpersonal skills Working knowledge of labor and employment laws. Experience in training, coaching, and conflict resolution Ability to build and sustain a positive, accountable team culture Proficient with Microsoft Office and business software systems Basic business math skills Experience managing budgets and P & L performance

Compensation: $52,000.00 - $58,000.00 per year
