This role, at the Job Captain level, necessitates prior experience in construction document preparation. The role of a Job Captain is pivotal in ensuring the production of top-tier project deliverables in construction documents across all phases of a project, including Schematic Design, Design Development, Construction Documents, and Construction Administration. Education Requirements: A Bachelor's degree in Architecture is required, with preference given to candidates who are California Licensed Architects and possess 3-5 years (Intermediate Level) or 5+ years (Senior Level) of architecture construction document experience.
