  • Partner with engineering leadership on capacity and technical resource planning to ensure the right Treasury capabilities are delivered at the right time for maximum business value, client impact, revenue enablement, and risk reduction.
  • Identify, manage, and escalate risks, dependencies, blockers, technical debt, architectural constraints, data impacts, vendor constraints, payment processing impacts, control gaps, and delivery trade-offs early in the lifecycle.
  • Ensure alignment with architecture standards, technology governance checkpoints, cybersecurity expectations, regulatory requirements, audit expectations, data protection standards, disaster recovery needs, payment security, and operational readiness criteria.
  • Support delivery cadence through sprint planning, backlog refinement, reviews, demos, release planning, change management, client impact assessment, implementation readiness, operational readiness, and production support transition activities.
