  • Advise government program leadership and team members on data strategy, data governance, and the appropriate use of analytical tools and techniques
  • Evaluate and recommend analytical approaches, tools, and technologies to improve the quality and efficiency of government data analysis efforts
  • Stay current with emerging trends, technologies, and methodologies in data analytics and apply relevant advancements to government program needs
  • Ensure all analytical recommendations and products align with government standards, policies, and program objectives

Data Collection & Management

  • Identify, acquire, and integrate data from multiple government and contractor sources, including databases, APIs, flat files, and real-time data streams
  • Assess data quality, completeness, and reliability, and implement data cleaning and validation processes to ensure analytical accuracy in support of government requirements
  • Develop and maintain data dictionaries, metadata documentation, and data lineage records in accordance with government data management standards
  • Establish and enforce data management standards and best practices across the contractor team consistent with government direction

  • Apply advanced statistical methods, predictive modeling, and machine learning techniques as appropriate to derive meaningful insights in support of government decision-making
  • Conduct trend analysis, pattern recognition, anomaly detection, and root cause analysis across large and complex government datasets
  • Develop and validate analytical models, algorithms, and frameworks to support government program decision-making
  • Interpret and contextualize analytical findings within the broader government program or operational environment

  • Develop and implement repeatable, scalable analytical processes and standard operating procedures (SOPs) consistent with government requirements and approval
  • Introduce and champion innovative analytical approaches, automation, and tools to enhance government program capabilities, subject to government review and approval
  • Conduct lessons learned reviews and incorporate government feedback to continuously improve analytical products and processes
