What will your day look like?

As a Data Analyst, you will:

• Provide database and analytical support for multiple projects, programs, and business initiatives

• Gather, analyze, and interpret complex datasets to identify trends, opportunities, risks, and insights

• Partner with business stakeholders to understand requirements and translate business questions into analytical solutions

• Develop reports, dashboards, scorecards, measurements, and visualizations that support operational and strategic decision-making

• Perform data analyses using appropriate statistical methods and industry-standard visualization techniques

• Retrieve, validate, and analyze data from multiple systems and sources

• Present findings, recommendations, and insights to stakeholders at various levels of the organization

• Research and resolve data anomalies, quality issues, and data gaps

• Collaborate with business and technical teams to identify opportunities for process and performance improvements

• Develop documentation and maintain reporting processes that support ongoing business needs

• Assist in training and supporting users of data and reporting systems

• Monitor data quality and recommend solutions to improve data accuracy and reliability

• Lead analytical projects from concept through implementation while managing competing priorities and deadlines

You will be a good fit for this role if you have:

• Bachelor's degree or equivalent combination of education and experience

• Strong experience using SQL and/or Python for data analysis and reporting

• Experience creating dashboards, visualizations, and business reporting solutions

• Strong understanding of data analysis, data management, and data quality concepts

• Experience performing statistical analysis and interpreting business data

• Knowledge of descriptive statistics, hypothesis testing, confidence intervals, ANOVA, or similar analytical methodologies

• Advanced proficiency with databases, SQL querying, and data manipulation techniques

• Strong Excel skills, including data analysis and reporting capabilities

• Experience communicating analytical findings to both technical and non-technical audiences

• Ability to work directly with stakeholders to define requirements and identify business needs

• Strong problem-solving, critical thinking, and analytical skills

• Proven ability to manage multiple projects and priorities independently

• Excellent written, verbal, and presentation skills

• Strong interpersonal skills with the ability to influence and collaborate across teams

• Demonstrated ability to translate complex data into meaningful business recommendations

Nice-to-Haves

• Experience with Databricks and/or Snowflake

• Experience with data visualization and business intelligence tools

• Familiarity with machine learning concepts and predictive analytics

• Experience using statistical software such as R, SAS, JMP, Minitab, or similar platforms

• Experience supporting customer-focused or operational analytics initiatives

• Project management experience leading analytical workstreams

• Experience working with large-scale enterprise data environments
