We are seeking a Human Resources Generalist to lead the Human Resources General Support Contract. This project will provide timely personnel action processing, benefits counseling, retirement calculations, and customer support critical to agency operations for the Federal Trade Commission's Human Capital Management Office (HCMO). This is an on-site full-time position working 40 hours per week, 8 hours per day with one 30 minutes unpaid lunch break at the FTC Headquarters Building located at 600 Pennsylvania Ave NW, Washington, DC 20580.

The Human Resources Generalist will be a key personnel position for the Human Resources General Support contract, providing benefits and retirement administration support and human resources processing and staffing support for the FTC HCMO. The Human Resources Generalist will deliver accurate, timely, and compliant HR services, maintain audit-ready records, safeguard sensitive information, provide exceptional customer service, and flexibly support evolving HCMO priorities. This position is contingent upon contract award.
