Licensed Clinical Social Worker / Licensed Behavioral Health Clinician Location:

• Chesapeake, VA Job Type: Full-Time Company: Cetechs, a Service-Disabled Veteran-Owned Small Business (SDVOSB) About the Position Cetechs is seeking an experienced, independently licensed behavioral health clinician to provide clinical services at the Naval Consolidated Brig Chesapeake .
• This position supports the behavioral health mission within a secure military correctional facility, providing individual and group counseling, crisis intervention, behavioral health assessments, and multidisciplinary collaboration.
• The selected clinician will work under the leadership of the Cetechs Program Manager and serve as a key member of the facility's behavioral health team.
• Duties and Responsibilities Facilitate educational, psychoeducational, and offense-related clinical groups.
• Respond to behavioral health emergencies and assess patients experiencing suicidal ideation, homicidal ideation, psychosis, and other acute mental health concerns.
• Provide individual counseling, crisis intervention, and behavioral health treatment.
• Conduct mental health screenings, clinical assessments, PREA assessments, risk assessments, substance use assessments, and relapse prevention planning.
• Develop, implement, and update individualized treatment plans.
• Revise existing clinical curricula and develop new clinical programming as needed.
• Provide clinical recommendations regarding patient housing and work assignments.
• Participate in multidisciplinary treatment team meetings.
• Provide guidance and instruction to Mental Health Technicians.
• Prepare clinical reports, treatment summaries, and presentations for supervisors.
• Maintain accurate, timely, and confidential clinical documentation.
• Follow all records management policies and procedures.
• Comply with Medical Treatment Facility credentialing requirements, peer reviews, and quality assurance standards.
• Maintain compliance with all federal, Department of Defense, and facility policies and procedures.

Minimum Qualifications Education Candidates must possess one of the following:

• Master's degree in Social Work and an active independent clinical social work license (LCSW, LICSW, or equivalent), OR Master's degree in Marriage and Family Therapy with an active independent LMFT license, OR Doctoral degree in Psychology with an active license to practice psychology.
• Licensure & Certifications Active, unrestricted state license permitting independent clinical practice.
• Current CPR certification (or ability to obtain prior to start date).
• Ability to successfully obtain clinical credentialing through Naval Medical Center Portsmouth.

Experience Minimum of four (4) years of experience providing group therapy or behavioral health services with one or more of the following populations:

• Justice-involved, forensic, aggressive, or high-risk patients Individuals diagnosed with PTSD Individuals with substance use disorders Individuals receiving sex offender treatment Active-duty military personnel, veterans, or other military-connected populations Preferred Qualifications Previous experience in a correctional or forensic behavioral health setting Experience working within the Department of Defense, Veterans Affairs, or another federal healthcare system Experience facilitating psychoeducational and offender treatment groups Previous federal credentialing experience Work Environment This position is performed within a secure military correctional facility.
• The selected clinician must be comfortable working with incarcerated individuals while collaborating with correctional staff and a multidisciplinary healthcare team.
• Schedule Full-time position Generally 40 hours per week Flexibility is required, including occasional evening work (typically one evening per week) to support clinical programming During crisis situations, the clinician may occasionally be required to work beyond the standard work schedule to support patient care and crisis resolution Additional Requirements Must be a U.S.
• Citizen.
• Must successfully pass all required federal background investigations.
• Must be eligible to obtain installation access and a Common Access Card (CAC).
• Must be able to meet all contract security and credentialing requirements.
