Healthtrax is looking for a natural leader and motivator of others to supervise our Group Fitness Department. The Group Fitness Director is both the supervisor of Group Exercise Class Instructors and an instructor as well. If you are a current instructor looking to move to the next level, try us out. Also, Healthtrax in Raleigh showcase a variety of classes by MOSSA who will certify instructors to properly educate and guide participants through approved routines of safe exercises to motivating music and choreography. Participants can achieve health and fitness goals in a social, fun workout environment that accommodates a variety of populations and fitness levels.
Flexible work schedule can be the ideal part-time job for the fitness enthusiast with organizational and people skills. You will spend 10-15 hours a week of supervisory, administrative, and reporting work which then frees you up to be a regularly scheduled instructor in the classes you love to teach. Requires a flexible schedule potentially including nights and weekends, as needed.
