Job description

Contract Type: W2 Only
Duration: 6+ Months
Location: Oakland, CA (#LI - Remote)
Pay Range: $80-$85/Hr. on W2
Job Summary:
This role is responsible for leading the planning and execution of physical security system projects, ensuring projects meet technical specifications and budgetary constraints. The individual will manage the installation of various security systems, coordinating with internal teams and external vendors to ensure successful project completion. This position requires strong project management skills and a solid understanding of physical security technologies.
Key Responsibilities:
- Develop and manage comprehensive project plans.
- Oversee installations of access control and surveillance systems.
- Coordinate and manage third-party vendors and technicians.
- Conduct site assessments and quality control inspections.
- Track project budgets and manage project risks.
Must-Have Skills:
- 7+ years of project management experience in physical security.
- Strong knowledge of access control and video surveillance systems.
- Ability to manage subcontractors and vendors.
Industry Experience:
This role requires experience in managing physical security or low voltage installation projects.
