Job Summary:
We are hiring a Planner Picker Associate! If you enjoy staying active and thrive in a fast-paced environment, this role is for you. You’ll play a key part in keeping production running smoothly by accurately picking materials and working closely with the Processing, Coiling, and Packaging teams. We’re looking for dependable, detail-oriented individuals who are comfortable with physical work and take pride in delivering quality results every day.

Picking Associate Responsibilities:

• Accurately pick and prepare materials needed for production.
• Collaborate with the Processing, Coiling, and Packaging teams to ensure efficient workflow.
• Perform inventory and order-picking tasks with a high level of accuracy.
• Meet daily productivity and quality standards in a fast-paced environment.
• Follow all safety procedures and work instructions.
• Maintain a clean and organized work area.
• Safely lift, move, and transport materials as needed.

Picking Associate Requirements:

• Strong attention to detail and basic computer skills.
• Ability to work in a fast-paced production environment.
• Ability to walk, bend, stoop, crouch, and reach overhead throughout the shift.
• Ability to lift up to 50 lbs.
• Strong organizational skills and the ability to multitask.
• Dependable with a positive attitude and strong work ethic.
• Ability to follow verbal and written instructions and work effectively as part of a team.

Schedule:

• Fulltime: Monday – Friday 7 am – 3:30 pm

Payrate:

• $18.00/hr.
